CASE STUDY: BRAZE

 

Room 3 has enjoyed a fruitful creative partnership with the marketing-technology company Braze for years. From robust training series and global marketing campaigns to brand culture videos and client success stories, we’ve worked with a variety of teams and leaders at Braze on wide-ranging content projects. Recently, we helped the company develop its Braze Learning channel, including lessons on getting started with Braze, how to use their platform, and how to become a Braze Certified Marketer.

BRAZE CUSTOMER JOURNEYS

This customer testimonial video, “Supercharging the Customer Journey with Real-Time Mobile Content,” highlights Braze’s partnership with the German travel and tourism company TUI Group. This campaign won gold in the Customer Journey category at the 2022 Data & Marketing Association Awards.


THE POWER OF BRAZE AND AWS

In 2023, we filmed this extended two-person conversation about Braze’s partnership with AWS. The speakers are Tim Barnes, General Manager for Advertising and Marketing at AWS, and Matt McRoberts, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Braze.


POWER OF BRAZE AD CAMPAIGN

We created 20+ ads for the Power of Braze ad campaign (Summer-Fall 2021), aired as pre-roll ads (:15s, :30s) on business sites like Forbes and Business Insider. The campaign highlights a number of companies that have benefited from Braze’s customer engagement tools, including DraftKings, SoundCloud, Canva, Birchbox, and Headspace.


INTRO TO PARTNER PORTAL

We partnered with the Braze Partner Marketing team to create the intro to their Braze Alloys Portal page, introduced by Matt McRoberts, Braze's SVP of Strategic Alliances.


BRAZE LEARNING

We have partnered with the Braze Learning team on multiple occasions, producing over 150 learning videos aimed at both Braze customers and employees. Some video lessons are shot on-white to allow for overlaid animations and learning aids, while others are shot in non-white, more branded settings.
