CASE STUDY: CASPER

 

Casper is transforming the way people sleep. With over $400 million in revenue in 2018, Casper’s mission to awaken the potential of a well-rested world has made it the most recognizable brand in the industry. With its retail fleet rapidly expanding, Casper has collaborated with Room 3 to produce a variety of video explainers designed to educate both customers and employees across multiple functions.

 

Here’s what we created:


Product Demos

In partnership with Casper’s Creative team, we produced a series of engaging how-tos for Casper’s adjustable frames, foundation, and bedding products. Shot at Mediumplex Daylight Studio in Brooklyn, we captured the dreamy Casper vibe and, more importantly, provided useful content to the CX, Marketing, and Social Media teams to help them better explain and promote their products to customers.


Sleepforce Training

We worked with Casper’s Learning & Development team to create a series of mixed-media explainers communicating Casper’s new sales motion process and Salesforce instance, “Sleepforce.” Using interviews with key executives, including co-founder Neil Parikh, along with motion graphics and b-roll from Casper’s headquarters and Broadway store, the videos help educate the company’s growing number of new Sleep Specialists on best retail practices.


SLEEPS Scenarios

Most recently, we collaborated with the L&D and Retail teams on a series of fun customer-Sleep Specialist scenarios, based on the SLEEPS sales method. By modeling effective (and ineffective) sales behaviors, the interactions are now being used during onboarding for new retail employees.
