We interviewed Amanda Wagner, Founder of The Complement and content SME, to bring to life Fourpost’s vision of exceptional retail training for their brands. To promote engagement and maximize retention, we relied on short-form (2- to 3-minute) video content.

Host Segments
People today relate best to authentic deliveries – not preachy, boring lectures. Amanda’s delivery was unscripted, but genuine. Her true personality is palpable.
Animation
The most impactful parts of lessons are often best delivered through animation. These instances can include stories and stats that help reinforce the main A-ha moment or key takeaway. Our use of simple visuals both made comprehension easy and brought to life Fourpost’s brand identity in a way that is both marketable and memorable.
Live-Action B-Roll
Our final strategy was to incorporate real-life imagery to help reinforce the main transfer moments in every lesson. Embodying Fourpost’s brand, these visuals are playful but direct, combined with short on-screen text (OST) boxes to help list the processes or skills discussed.
